Tony & Sara’s wedding took place at Rockliffe Hall last Summer, and it really was a lovely Summer’s Day.
The couple and their friends spent the night before and the morning of their Wedding Day at Rockliffe Hall in the self contained houses on the Rockliffe Estate, all the girls in one house and all the boys next door, so when we arrived everyone was on good form and preparations were all very lighthearted. Sara’s dress was by Justin Alexander and supplied by Miranda Marie of Yarm. Sara and her six bridesmaids all carried beautiful bouquets of large white peonies which were supplied along with the stunning table centrepieces by Carl Banks of Yarm.
While the guys headed over to The Old Hall on foot, the girls were chauffeur driven by the Rockliffe staff and entered through the reception area so that Sara could make a grand entrance down the staircase. The marriage ceremony was performed by chief registrar, Anthony Hall, with lots of tears and laughter.
With the weather being so lovely the guests went out onto the Rockliffe terraces for the drinks reception followed by the wedding breakfast and speeches in the Rockliffe Suite. Alongside the stunning centrepieces, the room was dressed by Simply Bows & Chair covers and place cards and menus were from Noble Fine Arts.
