Redworth Hall is a Jacobean-style Manor House dating back to 1693 and has retained many of it original features. Especially in The Great Hall were John and Emma were to hold their Wedding Reception. It was at Redworth that Jane joined Emma and her bridesmaids for the preparations. Make up artist Jo Leversuch of Make up by Jo was already helping Emma & John’s Mums’s their make up, while Lisa was styling hair for the bridesmaids. before they both created Emma’s bridal look for her.
Stan met up with John and the guys and John’s father house. John’s perfectly cut suit was from Charles Tyrwhitt and buttonholes were once again from Flowers by Nattrass.
Emma’s wedding gown was by designer Maggie Sottero from Poppy Bridal, who also supplied the bridesmaids dresses were a very pastel pink. These were perfectly complimented by the beautiful pastel roses and gypsophlia bouquets from Flowers by Nattrass.
The Bridesmaids, Emma & her father were driven to St Andrew’s Church, South Church, Bishop Auckland by Wedding Cars from GW Holmes, where the Vicar was ready to greet Emma and her bridal party. St Andrew’s is a very beautiful Church and makes photographing this very important part of any couples wedding day such a pleasure.
After the wedding ceremony the Bridal Party and Guests drove to Redworth Hall for the Drinks reception and Wedding Breakfast, where they were entertained by Magician Paul Lytton. The Great Hall was expertly dressed by Zoe from Kelly’s Event boutique which complimented the candles and flowers on every table as well as on the grand fireplaces. The traditional speeches were given prior to the wedding meal which was enjoyed by the guests before preparing for the evening of dancing and the opportunity to join Boothalicious for some hilarity and photos in their Vintage Photo Booth.
