Ascot Wedding Photography – We first met Alex and Rebecca last August when they came to see us about photographing their wedding, while chatting they told us about Alex’s parents house close to Ascot which was currently undergoing major alterations. As the Wedding was to be in Durham it seemed like an excellent idea to have their pre wedding shoot at Alex’s family home.

Alex collected us from Slough railway station and took us into the beautiful Berkshire countryside to his home, where parents Maggie and John instantly made us very welcome. Rebecca was very excited about the shoot and had put a lot of thought into what to wear, (I’m not sure Alex had thought this through as much) but that’s boys for you! He was however an excellent tour guide as he pointed out local places of interest on our trip from the station.

The house and gardens were as stunning as Rebecca and Alex had led us to believe and we had great fun exploring and using lots of different locations. We even managed to fit a trip in to Windsor Great Park for a few shots.

So finally the day is almost here, we are really looking forward to photographing Alex and Rebecca’s wedding tomorrow at Durham Cathedral followed by the Champagne Reception in the Dean’s Garden and Cloisters, before moving on to Durham Castle for their Wedding Breakfast and Ceilidh. we hope that they have a wonderful day and wish them a very happy future together.
